The spring real estate market in Regent Park is well under way, particularly at One Cole Condos and the brand new One Park Place Condos.

People are starting to move into the One Park Place North Tower, the new Regent Park is nearing completion, and people will soon be enjoying the Regent Park Farmers Market again.

There were 3 new 1-Bedroom+Den or 1-Bedroom listings at One Cole last week, all of which have Sold Conditionally within a week. There's obviously a demand for One Cole Condos.
