- The mid-rise condo will house 159 Suites, from Studio to 2 Bedroom + Den layouts
- The thirty 3-Storey Townhomes will range from 1272sqft to 1546sqft
- Sales will start Spring 2015
- Occupancy is scheduled for Summer 2017
