When I first started selling in Regent Park over 14 years ago, the area was still a work in progress—literally and figuratively. Streets were being paved, foundations were being laid, and the buzz of potential filled the air. Little did I know, I was stepping into not just a career opportunity but a chance to be part of something bigger: shaping a thriving community.
Over the years, I’ve seen it all—first-time buyers excited to call this place home, families upgrading to their dream homes, and even skeptics who later fell in love with the vision. But what truly made this journey special is the collaboration with the developers, The Daniels Corporation who shared the same commitment to making Regent Park more than just a neighborhood, but a destination.
Fast forward to today, I was deeply honored to be mentioned in the book by Mitchell Cohen President & CEO of The Daniels Corporation, now Author of Rhythms Of Change,Reflections on the Regent Park Revitalization. A book about the journey of building this incredible community. It’s a humbling reminder that being a real estate broker is not just about transactions—it’s about connections, trust, and being part of something meaningful.
For me, Regent Park is more than a place on a map. It’s a testament to how teamwork and dedication can turn a vision into reality—and I’m so grateful to have played a role in its story.
